Our journey in the pool maintenance industry began in 2014 with the acquisition of a Pool Store, Retail, and Servicing business in Gladstone. After some time, we decided to sell the business to take a well-deserved break and start a new chapter of our lives in Agnes Water. Now, we're excited to dive back into the industry, dedicated to serving our local community with all their pool needs.

Shane brings a wealth of expertise to our team. He holds qualifications as a trade fitter, Pool and Spa Certificate III and IV, certified leak detection specialist, and pool safety inspector. With 25 years of experience maintaining large earthmoving equipment, overseeing processing plants, and managing large-scale operations, Shane ensures the highest standards of quality and professionalism in our services.

Kirsten ensures the seamless operation of all our systems and processes for compliance. She also provides customers with proactive communication about any issues and advance forecasting to keep everything running smoothly.
